For bonding carbon fiber and GFRP components, the SDV50 manual dispensing gun offers a simple and controlled solution for processing 2K adhesives from 50 ml dual cartridges. The two components are reliably mixed through a static mixer during dispensing and applied directly to the bonding surface.
This enables precise and clean bonding of fiber-reinforced composite components, for example in assembly, repair or prototyping applications. Thanks to its manual operation, the SDV50 is particularly suitable for small production quantities, flexible workstations and applications requiring a compact 2K dispensing solution.
