Dispensing Solutions for the Construction Industry
In the construction industry, robust materials, clean processing and reliable results are particularly important. Adhesives, sealants, resins and potting compounds must be dispensed precisely so that components can be securely bonded, sealed, protected or repaired.
Precise dispensing technology supports uniform material application, controlled mixing ratios and clean processing directly within the manufacturing process or during preparatory applications.
- Dispensing epoxy resin into cracks, joints and cavities
- Processing PU injection resin for sealing water-bearing cracks
- Applying sealants to connection joints around windows, doors and facade elements
- Sealing cable penetrations, pipe penetrations and wall openings
- Controlled mixing and dispensing of two-component resins, adhesives and sealants
- Bonding facade panels, insulation boards and mounting elements
- Applying adhesive beads to profiles, strips and cover elements
- Dispensing protective coatings onto concrete, metal and mineral surfaces
- Processing silicone and acrylic in connection joints and movement joints
- Dispensing potting compounds for electrical connection areas in buildings
For bonding, sealing and assembly work in the construction industry, the MAN200 2 component cartridge gun offers a compact solution for the manual processing of two-component adhesives and sealants from 200 ml dual cartridges. Thanks to its powerful dual-ratio mechanism, it is also suitable for high-viscosity materials. Mixing ratios of 1:1 and 2:1 are supported.
This allows 2K materials to be applied in a controlled manner directly at the point of use, for example during assembly, repair, joint sealing or structural bonding. Manual application is particularly suitable for flexible work, smaller quantities and areas where no stationary dispensing system is required.
The material, dispensing volume, and component determine which dispensing technology is most suitable. We support you in selecting the right dispensing controllers, valves, cartridges, pressure vessels, or 2K systems.
