Product information "Needle valve, Stainless Steel"

The needle valve is suitable for dispensing of low to medium viscosity materials. It enables to apply even extremely small individual shots of material.

The valve opens with the control air (min. 5bar). Usually the valve closes with spring force when the controll air is off. Optionally auxiliary air can be used for faster closure. Of course the flow rate of the material depends on the viscosity rate of the material and the pre-pressure of the material but it can be easily adjusted over the rotating wheel on the valve.

Our dispensers can be used as compressed air controls.

In order to be able to remove coarse remnants of the dispensing material from the valve, we recommend our conditioner.

The valve body is made from high quality Stainless Steel!
