Our pinch tube valve is suitable to dispense semi-viscous materials including two-part fluids, cyanoacrylates as well as other liquids such anaerobics, which dictate “non-metallic” valves. Only the PE pinch tube gets in contact with the material. Should the material cure inside the hose, the pinch tube assembly can be easily replaced.
The pinch tube valve is closed with an internal spring. Compressed air is used to open the piston against the spring force. This allows the material to flow. The shot size or flow rate is determined by the viscosity and the pre-pressure of the material as well as the valve control timer. You can connect dispensing tips or material supply hoses easily to the LuerLock connections of the pinch tube.
Our dispensers can be used as compressed air controls.
