Product information "Spool valve, Stainless Steel"

Our Spool valve is suitable to dispense medium to high viscosity materials. The reverse action closure of the valve provides a “suck-back” effect, which is easily adjustable via a set screw on the valve. This is very helpful and prevents undesirable after-dropping of the material.

The valve opens with the control air (min. 3,5bar). Usually the valve closes with spring force when the control air is off. Optionally auxiliary air can be used for faster closure.

Our dispensers can be used as compressed air controls.

In order to be able to remove coarse remnants of the dispensing material from the valve, we recommend our conditioner.

The valve body is made from high quality Stainless Steel!
