With this refilling station it is easily possible to refill Greases, Silicones, Solder Masks or Pastes from 310cc (Euro-) Cartridges into smaller LuerLock syringe barrels (3 -55cc).
This set already includes all necessary fittings to connect the LuerLock syringe barrels to the Euro-Cartride (barrel outlet to outlet so that no air becomes trapped).

With the controlled air-output pressure of our dispensers IG-101D, IG-1500D or IG-1113D your refilling process is very efficient and effortless.

Fitting: Euro-Cartridge to 1/4“

This fitting allows an easy connecting of (plastic-) 310ml Euro-Cartrides with smaller LuerLock syringe barrels or with dispensing tips. In this way it is easily possible to refill Greases, Silicones, Solder Masks or Pastes from 310ml (Euro-) Cartridges into smaller LuerLock syringe barrels (3 -55cc). Connected "outlet to outlet" no air bubbles become trapped during the refill process. 1) screw the GS4310 fitting on the Euro-Cartridge thread (instead of the nozzle) 2) on the other end you screw in the fitting 14MTLL-1 ("Fitting male 1/4-18 NPT white" - available here in our online shop) --> now it is possible to insert all major kinds of dispensing tips (LuerLock or "Ear" thread) 3) with the additional fitting FTLLC-1 ("Coupler (thread) female white" - available here in our online shop) it is possible to couple a LuerLock syringe barrel directly with the Euro-Cartridge (outlet to outlet). --> now it is possible to refill different materials from the Euro-Cartridge into LuerLock syringe barrels (bubble-free and clean) Note:This fitting does NOT fit on Aluminium Euro-Cartrideges! For our Aluminium Euro-Cartrides, please use our fitting PG4310-ALU.

Reducer Fitting: ALU Euro-Cartridge M15x1,5 to 1/4“, aluminium

This fitting allows an easy connecting of Aluminium - 310ml Euro-Cartrides (M15x1,5 thread) with smaller LuerLock syringe barrels or with dispensing tips. In this way it is easily possible to refill Greases, Silicones, Solder Masks or Pastes from 310ml (Euro-) Cartridges into smaller LuerLock syringe barrels (3 -55cc). Connected "outlet to outlet" no air bubbles become trapped during the refill process. The fitting GS4310-ALU is screwed (instead of the nozzle) onto the Euro plastic cartridge. (Euro cartridge thread). The fitting 14MTLL-6012 ("Fitting male 1/4-18 NPT black") is screwed into the reducer. The other end of the fitting can accommodate all standard dispensing tips (Luer Lock or ears). Alternatively, another fitting GQ11381NY ("Coupler (thread) female white") can be used to realise a direct, needle-side coupling with a LuerLock cartridge. This allows materials from a Euro cartridge to be transferred directly into smaller cartridges very easily and without air bubbles. Attention: This reducer (GS4310-ALU) does not fit plastic Euro cartridges. For plastic Euro cartridges, please use our GV4310 or GV4310A reducers.
