The conditioner is suitable for cleaning of our dispensing valves. After use but before disassembling, the dispensing valve should be "flushed" with the conditioner. This provides a basic cleaning, where the remains of your dispensing material are discharged.The conditioner is Vaseline-based and is suitable for all our valves.

The SDV50 2-component manual dispensing system allows easy dispensing of 2-component materials directly from the 50ml cartridges using our time-pressure dispensers. This offers the advantage that the control can be much more precise and easier than with conventional dispensing guns. The SDV50 2-component manual dispensing system in the standard version is compatible with 2-component 50ml cartridges of system A and system B / cartridges with bayonet connection. The hand dispensing system SDV50 is easily equipped with the 2-component syringe barrel (see also our application video) and connected to the compressed air outlet of the dispenser. By pressing the foot pedal, the dispensing process is triggered: either in manual mode (material is dispensed as long as you hold down the footswitch), or timed (one time triggering the foot pedal - the dispensing unit dispense as long as the time you set). Due to the compact design, the hand dispensing system SDV50 can be easily guided by hand. Alternatively, the SDV50 manual dispensing system can be mounted on a stand: in this case, you simply move your workpiece under the mixing tube. For a syringe barrel change, the pistons must be pulled back out of the syringe barrel. This is done by means of the vacuum regulator of the dispenser: open the vacuum regulator completely and the pistons are pulled out of the syringe barrel. Then the cartridge holder can be removed laterally to insert a new syringe barrel. Additional available cartridge holders: system B system S / dental system (UHU double cartridge)

Our pinch tube valve is suitable to dispense semi-viscous materials including two-part fluids, cyanoacrylates as well as other liquids such anaerobics, which dictate “non-metallic” valves. Only the PE pinch tube gets in contact with the material. Should the material cure inside the hose, the pinch tube assembly can be easily replaced. The pinch tube valve is closed with an internal spring. Compressed air is used to open the piston against the spring force. This allows the material to flow. The shot size or flow rate is determined by the viscosity and the pre-pressure of the material as well as the valve control timer. You can connect dispensing tips or material supply hoses easily to the LuerLock connections of the pinch tube. Our dispensers can be used as compressed air controls. This benchtop dispensing robot is suitable for all dispensing devices, valves and dispensing components of all manufacturers.
