During a material test, we check the dispensing behaviour of your material with the appropriate dispensing technology. The costs depend on the customer requirements. The minimum cost is € 300,00. In a dispensing setup with a robot, we set up your application in our laboratory and dispense your material on your workpiece samples. As part of the test setup, we optimize the process by using the most appropriate valves and also testing the correct settings for pressure, travel speed and tip diameter for your material. We will document the results for you via video and pictures. We will send the workpieces back to you so that you can finalize them. On request, you can also view the dispensing process personally and "live" during a visit to us. The minimum cost of a roboter testsetup is € 600,00. This benchtop dispensing robot is suitable for all dispensing devices, valves and dispensing components of all manufacturers. The self-supporting case is completely made of aluminum and steel, the axes are driven by robust stepper motor with ball-bearing toothed belts. The workpiece is clamped on the 300 x 300 mm worktop. The worktop moves along with the workpiece in the X-direction, the material to be dispensed is applied to the workpiece from above via the metering unit movable in the Y- and Z-directions (for example metering valve, dispensing cartridge, etc.). The entire control unit is located in the robot base, which means that the device can be installed in a very space-saving manner. The control unit is programmed via the included Windows PC software. The control unit is able to manage up to 100.000 processing points in 255 different programs. There are 2 digital inputs and 4 digital outputs available for communication between the robot and various external systems. The device can optionally be equipped with 16 I/O ports and an analogue output (for controlling a volumetric pump). Potting Machine ROBO-DOS Together with the 2-K-DOS mixing and dispensing system, the ROBO-DOS three-axis coordinate table forms a robot system for the fully automatic potting of assemblies and parts such as electronic assemblies, sensors, sealing tracks and coatings.The components can be potted at one point or with a track. This gantry dispensing robot is particularly suitable for very heavy workpieces or if low-viscosity (very low-viscosity) dispensing materials are used, which would easily spill over when the workpiece - as in a table robot - would be moved back and forth in the x direction. All dispenser, valves and dispensing components of all manufacturers can be used. In contrast to a table robot, the workpiece doesn't move with the x-axis. Above the workpiece, the robot moves with the material to be dispensed in the X, Y and Z directions. In this case, a working space of 500 x 500 x 145 mm can be covered in the standard version shown above. The robot is equipped with a protective case.
