The IG-SDV400-2-1 is a pneumatic two-component dispensing system designed for processing adhesives, sealants and other paste-like materials with a 2:1 mixing ratio. It accommodates 400 ml dual cartridges of the MIXPAC C-System and is particularly suitable for applications requiring larger material volumes. The pneumatic drive provides consistent material dispensing without manual force. Thanks to its larger cartridge capacity, the system supports extended dispensing operations with fewer cartridge changes. It can be used in manual dispensing processes or integrated into automated applications. Two external dispensing controllers are required to operate the system. One controller manages the forward movement of the pistons for material dispensing, while the second controls piston retraction. This allows controlled operation and simplifies cartridge replacement. The IG-SDV400-2-1 is suitable for industrial bonding, sealing and potting applications where larger quantities of two-component materials need to be dispensed. Key features: Pneumatic dispensing system for two-component adhesives and sealants Compatible with 400 ml MIXPAC C-System dual cartridges Mixing ratio of 2:1 Large cartridge capacity for extended dispensing operations Consistent material dispensing through pneumatic operation Separate control of piston extension and retraction Suitable for manual and automated dispensing applications Robust construction for industrial use Note: Two external dispensing controllers are required for operation, one for piston extension and one for piston retraction. These are not included in the scope of delivery.

The MIXPAC DM2X 200-10-52-01 is a robust manual 2K dispenser for processing two-component adhesives and sealants with a 10:1 mixing ratio. It is suitable for 250 ml dual cartridges from the MIXPAC C and F systems as well as Ritter ACF dual cartridges. With a maximum thrust force of 5.2 kN, the dispenser is also suitable for processing high-viscosity materials. Its robust die-cast aluminum and steel construction, combined with an ergonomic handle, makes it suitable for reliable use in industrial production, assembly, and workshop applications. The synchronized movement of both plungers ensures uniform material dispensing. An integrated pressure-release mechanism helps stop material flow in a controlled manner after dispensing. Key advantages: Manual dispensing of 2K adhesives and sealants For 250 ml dual cartridges with a 10:1 mixing ratio Compatible with MIXPAC C and F systems as well as the Ritter ACF system High thrust force of up to 5.2 kN Suitable for high-viscosity materials Robust and ergonomic design Integrated pressure-release mechanism For industrial bonding and assembly applications

Kisling ERGO 4451 is designed for securing gears, pulleys, rotor-to-shaft connections in electric motors, and similar assemblies. It is suitable for applications subject to very high static shear loads as well as dynamic stresses. Disassembly with standard tools is difficult. Thanks to the soft bottle, the adhesive is easy to apply from the 250 g container and comfortable to handle. The bottle tip features a Luer-Slip connection, allowing all of our dispensing tips to be attached simply by pushing them on, enabling even more precise material dispensing.

Kisling ERGO 2206 is a low-viscosity urethane acrylate adhesive for the rapid bonding of flat individual laminations into lamination stacks, as used for stators and rotors in electric motor manufacturing. It is suitable for applications requiring good long-term resistance to impact, peel forces, and vibration. Thanks to the softer bottle, the adhesive is easy to apply from the 250 g container and comfortable to handle. The bottle tip features a Luer-Slip connection, allowing all of our dispensing tips to be attached simply by pushing them on, enabling even more precise material dispensing.

Contactless Microdispensing from 1 nL for Low- to High-Viscosity Materials The PDos X1 is an electropneumatic jet valve for the contactless dispensing of extremely small material volumes. It processes materials across a wide viscosity range and is suitable for fast, precise dispensing processes in automated applications. Different fluidics configurations allow the valve to be adapted to the respective dispensing material. For sensitive and reactive materials, a metal-free PEEK fluidics version is available, which can be used to dispense materials such as cyanoacrylates.Discover the PDos X1 in Detail An overview of its operating principle, fluidics configurations, typical materials, and the metal-free PEEK version. All Details About the PDos X1Product Features Contactless jet dispensingDispensing volumes from 1 nLDispensing frequencies up to 300 HzViscosity range from 0.5 to 500,000 mPasNormally closed designDifferent fluidics configurationsMetal-free PEEK fluidics availableOptional heated fluid sectionCompact designSuitable for automated dispensing processes Variants and Configuration Stainless Steel Fluidics Versatile standard version Fluid Path Stainless steel Typical Materials Adhesives, lubricants, underfill materials, and thermal interface materials Application Range For a wide range of low- to high-viscosity materials Optional Available with a separate heating module PEEK Fluidics Metal-free version Fluid Path Metal-free PEEK Typical Materials Sensitive and reactive materials such as cyanoacrylates Application Range For applications without metallic wetted components Optional Available with a separate heating module Configurable for Your Specific Application Different Nozzles Matched to the material and required droplet size. Hobbock piston pump 20:1 for 20 kg buckets, single-column RAM system for highly viscous media (without material pressure regulator) The 20:1 hobbock pump is a powerful solution for reliable material transfer from 20 kg hobbock containers. As a scoop piston pump, it is specially designed to pick up viscous or pasty media directly from the container and convey it almost completely. The robust single-column RAM system with follower plate ensures a clean, efficient, and reliable material flow. This pump is particularly suitable for highly viscous, pasty, or viscous media, such as those used in industrial dosing, casting, and manufacturing processes. Thanks to its high pressure ratio of 20:1, the pump ensures constant and powerful delivery of the material, even with difficult viscosities. The system works directly from the original container, eliminating transfer processes, reducing material losses, and reliably preventing contamination. The hobbock piston pump is therefore ideal for applications where process reliability, material purity, and efficiency are crucial. Your advantages at a glance Efficient delivery of highly viscous materials from 20 kg hobbock buckets Powerful 20:1 pressure ratio for even material flow Single-column RAM system for virtually complete container emptying Scoop piston pump for reliable picking up and dosing of pasty media No decanting necessary – less contamination and less material loss Robust industrial design for continuous operation Optimal suited for automated dosing and application processes Technical features and possible applicationsThe scoop piston pump operates at an operating pressure of approx. 2 to 6 bar and can be easily integrated into existing dispensing systems and dispensing robots, or combined with high-pressure valves. Thanks to its simple mechanical design, the pump is low-maintenance and durable. The system can be supplemented with an optional material pressure regulator to further minimize pressure fluctuations and increase dosing accuracy.
