Potting Machine ROBO-DOS

Together with the 2-K-DOS mixing and dispensing system, the ROBO-DOS three-axis coordinate table forms a robot system for the fully automatic potting of assemblies and parts such as electronic assemblies, sensors, sealing tracks and coatings.

The components can be potted at one point or with a track. They can be arranged several times on a pallet and then automatically potted one after the other by the device.

Operation is menu-driven and password-protected using a touch panel. The potting tracks of parts can be programmed and saved. The travel and shot quantity can be monitored using additional equipment.

Each device is adapted to the specific needs of our customers.

  • Moving in three coordinates simultaneously
  • Moving circular arcs
  • Saving of 20 traverse paths, saving and loading to and from PC

  • Fully automatic potting of electronic assemblies and sensors
  • Application of sealing, adhesive traces and coatings
  • Production of parts with potting molds
  • Potting LED strips

  • Different sizes of active area, standard from 40×30 cm to 100×60 cm and larger
  • Clearance height 115 mm or greater
  • Table-top unit for standard sizes, free-standing unit for large areas

 

Additional equipment:

  • Holder and control unit for 1 or 2 dispensing heads
