2 component mixing and dispensing device 2-K-MICRO-DOS The 2-K-MICRO-DOS mixing and dispensing system from Giebler mixes and doses 2-component polyurethane, epoxy and silicone-based potting compounds quickly and accurately in very small quantities, in the order of 10 mg. High-resolution adjustable values for the mixing ratio, delivery rate and dosing quantity ensure precise mixing and dosing at all times. The appliance mixes the mixture precisely at all times, without air bubbles and in the correct quantity. The two components are conveyed from the storage containers integrated in the appliance via a computer-controlled flexible hose to the dosing head, where they are mixed with an easily replaceable static mixer. With the different variants that can be created thanks to the modular design and the different interfaces for a wide range of additional devices, the device can be used to solve a wide variety of potting tasks. High-resolution adjustable values for the mixing ratio, delivery rate and dosing quantity ensure precise mixing and dosing at all times. The appliance mixes the mixture precisely at all times, without air bubbles and in the correct quantity. The two components are conveyed from the storage containers integrated in the appliance via a computer-controlled flexible hose to the dosing head, where they are mixed with an easily replaceable static mixer. Potting Machine ROBO-DOS Together with the 2-K-DOS mixing and dispensing system, the ROBO-DOS three-axis coordinate table forms a robot system for the fully automatic potting of assemblies and parts such as electronic assemblies, sensors, sealing tracks and coatings.The components can be potted at one point or with a track. They can be arranged several times on a pallet and then automatically potted one after the other by the device.Operation is menu-driven and password-protected using a touch panel. The potting tracks of parts can be programmed and saved.
