2 component mixing and dispensing device 2-K-MICRO-DOS

The 2-K-MICRO-DOS mixing and dispensing system from Giebler mixes and doses 2-component polyurethane, epoxy and silicone-based potting compounds quickly and accurately in very small quantities, in the order of 10 mg.

High-resolution adjustable values for the mixing ratio, delivery rate and dosing quantity ensure precise mixing and dosing at all times. The appliance mixes the mixture precisely at all times, without air bubbles and in the correct quantity.

The two components are conveyed from the storage containers integrated in the appliance via a computer-controlled flexible hose to the dosing head, where they are mixed with an easily replaceable static mixer.

With the different variants that can be created thanks to the modular design and the different interfaces for a wide range of additional devices, the device can be used to solve a wide variety of potting tasks.

Each compact tabletop device is customised to the specific needs of our customers.
