In bell connection mixers, there are several ways to achieve the desired mixing result.

Helical static mixer: is available in various designs (colors, lenght, diameter, number of mixing elements, etc.). Used for mixing low to medium viscosity materials.

X-grid mixer: due to the X-shaped arrangement of the mixing elements, the material reaches the desired mixing result in a much shorter way. Because of the short design of the mixers, there is much less residue left in the mixer, which can cut production costs considerably. Field of application are low to high viscosity materials.

Quadro mixing tubes: due to the special square shape of the mixer (mixing elements), there is a lower pressure drop during dispensing than in helical mixers, which means that even highly viscous materials can be mixed.
