X-grid mixing tubes

Short, efficient, and ideal for 2C materials with widely varying viscosities

The X-Grid disposable plastic mixers are the shortest and most powerful mixing tubes.
They are particularly well suited for 2K materials in which two very different viscous components (thin and thick) need to be mixed.
Due to the X-shaped arrangement of the mixing elements, not only can materials with a higher difference in viscosity be mixed better, but fewer mixing elements are also required, which leads to a significant reduction in mixer length. Its short overall length contributes both to reducing production costs (e.g., the work process can be accelerated by rapid mixing when using robots) and to waste prevention (material loss due to longer mixers). The oval-shaped bell/cup connection allows it to be used in both manual dosing systems and mechanical 2K mixing dosing systems.
X-grid mixers are the solution for mixing tasks that cannot be accomplished with helical/quadro mixers.
