The X-grid plastic disposable mixer is the shortest and most powerful mixer.
It is particularly well suited for 2K materials, where two very different viscous components (low- with high viscous) should be mixed.
Due to the X-shaped arrangement of the mixing elements not only materials with a higher difference in the viscosities can be better
mixed, less mixing elements are required than by equivalent mixer types, resulting in a strong shortening of the mixer.
Its short length contributes both to reducing production costs (e.g.: can be accelerated by the rapid mixing of the work process in
robotic applications) and to waste avoidance (material loss due to longer mixers).
The oval-shaped bell connection allows application in manual dispensing systems,
